The Creston Improvement Association, a California nonprofit corporation has existed for over two decades and represents the residents of Creston. The Association provides all of us with an organized way to address issues that impact those of us who live in this neighborhood. The Association also publishes a newsletter and plans an annual Block Party.

Creston homes were first built in the 1950s, replacing orchards; meandering along with Steven's Creek at the Southern boundary of Los Altos. The Creek leads back miles into mountains toward Skyline Ridge with more natural settings to explore. Unincorporated still, Creston is convenient to the San Antonio Open Space preserve, and is convenient to Highways 280, 85, and the Foothill Expressway. Creston is found generally adjacent three residential communities: Southeast of Los Altos, Northwest of Cupertino, and Southwest of Sunnyvale.
